Cheese Classes

For those of you craving more in-depth cheese knowledge (or maybe just a fun cheese-focused evening), we invite you to join in on one of our cheese events. Taught by a Dairymaid and often a special guest, classes are held at venues around Houston. Cheese pairing classes (wine, beer, cider) are always popular, but that's not all we cover! Past topics include Cheese & Chocolate, Holiday Cheese Pairings, and Best of Show: ACS Award Winners.

Advanced reservations are required. Seats are limited so we recommend you purchase your ticket as soon as possible.
