Spunky Amelia Sweethardt is one of the most promising farmstead cheesemakers in America. At Pure Luck Farm and Dairy in Dripping Springs, she milks an adorable herd of Nubian and Alpine goats to make an exceptional selection of fresh and aged goat's cheeses. The dairy was started in 1995 by Amelia's mother, Sara Bolton, who sadly passed away in 2005.

Amelia has gracefully followed in her mother's footsteps. She has been recognized with numerous awards by the American Cheese Society. Her cheese, delicate and sweet, reflects the care she lavishes on her goats and her careful method of cheesemaking
by hand.
