- Sherry Gray, Cellars at Jasper Hill in Vermont, a double cream brie with ash
- Hoja Santa, Mozzarella Company in Dallas, fresh goat's cheese wrapped in Hoja Santa leaves to give a subtle lemony, herbaceous flavor
- Sagittarius, Shooting Star in California, is a gouda-style made from a blend of sheep and cow's milk
- Pleasant Ridge Reserve, Uplands Cheese in Wisconsin, an Alpine-style raw cow's milk cheese that has earned "Best in Show" by the American Cheese Society three times - it's just that good
- Red Rock, from Roelli Cheese Haus in Wisconsin, is a cave aged American-style cheddar with a fuzzy natural rind and slight blue veining to give it a mild flavor and firm texture
